WHAT WE DO
Philip Kassanis provides architectural services up to and including RIBA stage 4. This can be as a complete package or for a particular stage or stages as a stand alone commission. For example he has recently been providing design managment services for one of his clients.
Under the brand of Open Urbansim™ Philip Kassanis provides services that cover a broad range of activities associated with urban design and the process of masterplanning. Open Urbanism™ can lead the whole process or provide elements of the whole either as stand alone exercises or as part of a wider team such as design public realm places, feasibility studies, design and access statements, stakeholder engagement and so forth.
Open Urbanism™ also carries out research and development in the field of urbansim.
