The houses were designed by Exeter based Grainge Architects to a masterplan by Philip Kassanis. Philip managed the detail development of the design which involves leading and coordinating the inputs of client, architect, structural engineer, civil engineer, landscape architect, specialist suppliers and subcontractors, SAPs specialist, warranty provider.
