Philip Kassanis has been providing advice to homeowners on various issues relating to planning. This has included assessing the impact of planning applications on adjoining land and assisting with drafting consultation comments.
One example recently was assessing the impact of a new business park in a rural setting (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) on the client’s property. There were so many issues that a report was compliled which the client then sent through to the local authority.
Another example was assisting the client to achieve an amendment to a badly worded planning condition which was hampering the sale of the property.
