This semi detatched pair of houses is part of a 10 unit scheme in South Devon. The houses were designed by Exeter based Grainge Architects. Philip Kassanis assisted the developer/ builder with the detail development of the design which invloved coordination the inputs of client, architect, structural engineer, civil engineer, landscape architect, specialist suppliers and subcontractors, and warrenty provider.
