PRUPIM turned to Mountford Pigott to work out options and strategy for re-developing this 1980’s retail park at a time of lease renewals.
I prepared the initial feasibility report and undertook subsequent follow up work, gradually handing over to others as it moved closer to a planning submission. Options for positioning the buildings were severely constrained by the presence of a trunk sewers and culverted water course crossing the site.
On the strength of the feasibility report (a 60 page document) Mountford Pigott was awarded the masterplanning work for Ipswich.
